[ODE] Fwd: Heightfield collider

Hi David

Thanks for the reply. Though I couldn't open the URL that you mentioned, 
yet I was able to figure out much about Height Field by looking at the
sample provided in ODE and the header description.

I am content with this information for now. 
Will bug you more when things get further, out here. :)
