[ODE] Warnings

Hi. When I build with Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, I get several warnings, but I don't get them when building in Code::Blocks (using GCC on Windows). Is this normal? They seem like things that are probably ok, but that maybe should be dealt with (like possible data loss on casting).
