Agree completely.

A while ago I integrated CppTestHarness into the build (after
evaluating a bunch of C++ test libraries). It is still there in
ode/tests along with a couple of tests I ported from ode_tests. I had
planned to start writing tests to verify broken functionality that was
reported in the tracker (and the eventual fixes), but like everyone
else here another project came in and I got swamped.
Things should be winding down a bit in the spring and I ought to have
more time; if there were an active test/refactoring effort in progress
I would contribute.
HTH,
Jason
