[ODE] cinetic energy, how stop forces apply to a object?

what I trying to do??
there is a picture to understand. (sorry, I m not Roy.)

this picture is of course the simple probleme. my problem is in 3D (so
with 3D_box) , and there are 500 box and lots of spring, all box are put in
the scene randomly.
this picture is The initial scene , there are spring with different forces.
after click on a button, I wanna the stable system, what I mean is that

I looked for spring in ode and I did'nt found that, so I applied force and
runned the system, and when the globalForce of the object is in his minimal,
so I stop the simulation.
is enougth clear??
