[ODE] maintenance back-log

Debian can't possibly have a problem with BSD license, can they?

Anyway, one option for us is to remove Gimpact, given that it doesn't 
work that well. Then we can wait for Bullet to be graciously integrated 
by Erwin, if we want an OPCODE alternative :-)
