Can someone explain this dGYROSCOPIC build option? - it's only
referenced in the steppers themselves and I can't find any
documentation on them in the code or the wiki - and it's not an option
in config.h.

If it's something that people would want to use?, shouldn't it be
added to config.h, or is its use so limited and niche that it should
be hidden away?
