[ODE] GIMPACT with doubles

OK,
I've looked at it and the result is the attached patch.
I copied some dVectorx to vecxf or viece versa and changed the aabb
update from memcpy to one-by-one copy.
Tests seem to work fine.

Please take a look at that and maybe merge to svn...
