[ODE] Important : Technical notes for using GIMPACT

If you want to use this new library, some additional
commands must be called for supporting the new changes
of ODE-GIMPACT:

    * At the beginning of the application, ode_init()
must be called.
    * At the end, ode_terminate() must be called.
