[ODE] Finally Trimesh-Trimesh collision works!!

No, I'm a newbe with  ODE mailing lists and currently 
I'm not joined to the ODE developers group. 

ode-gimpact is a candidate version to be included in
the official ODE release (may be the 0.8). 

Would be nice if you help to publish the ode-gimpact
source to the official ODE SVN trunk.
