[ODE] creating bodies, joints and geoms with 'null' world/space arguments

ODE's concept of data ownership, order of creation, order of deletion, 
links between entities, it frequently confuses me.

back a proper dot-net job.
Then there is the issue of doing C-style api, vs C++ api.
Maybe it's time to do some brainstorming on a cleaned up, more modern,
non-backwards compatible api?
How did the py-ode people achieve proper object orientation?
