[ODE] new Auto Disable feature "TeeterFactor"

here is an idea, how to rename the "teeter_factor"
rename it to "Contact2Factor".
If you need it, i could write a patch for a Contact3 and Contact4 factor 
too.
But at first, let me know, if this new feature will survive in ode.
