[ODE] 0.6 Release

I've always have trouble with the uint8/16/etc typedefs in config.h.  
They aren't namespace scoped, and unfortunately they clash with my own 
typedefs of the same name (inside a different namespace).  Unlike the 
actual ODE functions these names are very generic.

Its always been a minor annoyance.  It would be nice to have these 
either with their own special name, or moved out into a separate file.  
I can't think of a simple way of doing it though.

Any ideas?
