[ODE] My simulation gives different results in different machines

Hi everybody,
I want to ask you 2 questions. I have wriiten a simple simulation and
i have made some bounancy work. First question,
1) When i have run the exe file in different machines(One machine has
Intel P2.4 and the other has AMD3200+ ) the simulation has many
differences?What is the cause of this issue?
2) Running the same simulation in a full sized window and in a smaller
window gives different results.

And lastly the differences are not related with speed but the results
are different.
Please help me how can i resolve these issues.
