[ODE] Trimesh vs Convex Hull

I dislike #ifdef code a lot. That's what you have branches for. If we 
have a "trunk" and a "working" branch in SVN, then commit to working, 
and keep trunk around for stability (where trunk is the previous 
UNSTABLE branch, right?)
