[ODE] ODE v1.0?

I second that. Working Trimesh-Trimesh and all other primitives is a must.
In fact, I would prefer ConvexHull support more important than
Trimesh-Trimesh so if we can have that that would be great. IMO the plugins
and tools can be left for the next major release (version 2.0?)
