[ODE] Ray - Cylinder collider submission

I have used the capsule-box composite(let's call it
'cylinder') solution, but it behavior is weird, some
times.

Imagine a cylinder with a thin box (a board)
inclinated, almost touching the cylinder.

If the board touch the border of the cylinder, it
begins to 'jitter'...

Has someone implemented and used the capsule-box
composite solution successfully?
