[ODE] dMassRotate, dMassTranslate: order matters?

Hi,
	I'm using the functions in subject to calculate mass data of a
composite object. However I discovered that the order I use them is
important. Reading the howto on composite objects in the wiki I saw no
evidence that order matters; in that howto in fact dMassTranslate is
applied before dMassRotate.
>From my tests I think that It is (quite always) better to apply
dMassRotate before dMassTranslate.
May anybody confirm this behaviour (order matters)?
