[ODE] Install ODEJAVA

Dear All
    Please sugesstion me about install ODEJAVA .
Because I cann't run it . When i run the carExample
the error is "Excaption in tread main'.
             I copyode.dll and odejava.dll in /bin .
And use the editPlus to the edittor
