[ODE] Heightfield Origin Change

Hi Dave,

I'm well aware of the issues surrounding your (great!) heightmap
contrib and the position of its origin.
I just wanted to point out, a little early maybe, that it'd be wise to
choose one of the origins as a default (I'm in favor of center,
personally) at some point before the next release, and stick to that.
We already have enough issues regarding the different versions of ODE
that the release code allows (Single/Double precision, OPCODE or not).
