I'm using Linux Mandriva 2006.0 distro (new name for
Mandrake), and I get an "already defined" warning with
the symbol HAVE_STDLIB_H when compiling ODE (0.6 and SVN).
The other HAVE_STDLIB_H symbol is defined by libjepg
with the file /usr/include/jconfig.h

With my distro, this file is provided by the package
"libjpeg62-devel". The source RPM package is here :
