[ODE] MinGW warning report

Hi,

I get the following warning when building latest ode with MinGW:

heightfield.cpp
../../ode/src/heightfield.cpp: In destructor 
`dxHeightfieldData::~dxHeightfieldData()':
../../ode/src/heightfield.cpp:298: warning: deleting `const void*' is 
undefined
