[ODE] ODE Message 2: vector has zero size in dNormalize4()

Let me guess: Two of your hinge-axes are perpendicular to each other?

I'm also regualry experiencing this oddity, even with not too
excessive<http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&p=/gQPU.&search=excessive>torques
(around 1 applied through dJointAddHingeTorque) for a link-mass of
around .1 and link-length of about 1.

Only solution for me is decrease the step-size (below .001, sometimes even
smaller) which is, however, a big penalty regarding computig time.
