[ODE] Implementing a new joint

I have it available at this URL in a similar manner as the Plane2D joint
(copy-paste the code). I will not submit it as a patch yet because I do not
know if the error reduction works reliably.

Additionally, I chose to remove the three linear motors (I personally did
not need them), a design decision which may or may not be good if the joint
is to be released for general purposes.

Note that this is not fully tested and do not assume that this
implementation performs its stated task (though it has for me).
