[ODE] ODE Question

Hello, I have a problem.  Can someone please help?  
     
     I have downloaded ODE vs. 5.0 MANY times but when I unzip it I only get a file that cannot be opened (unknown file type).  It is named (5 File) with no extension.

     If someone could please tell me how to open it or e-mail me ODE vs. 5.0 I would greatly appreciate it.
