[ODE] ODE Documentation

i regenerated the documentation for the trunk CVS and updated the ODE
web site. the current UNSTABLE documentation seems to be the same as
the trunk (am i right?) so i didn't create a separate link for that.
the tools i used are attached. i took them out of CVS a long time ago
for some probably-not-very-good reason that i really can't remember
now :)
the feature that rebuilt the documentation each night from the source
has not actually worked for a long time (since SourceForge kept
disabling the cron scripts that did it).
note that the PDF documentation is generated from the source via latex.
