[ODE] timing.cpp problems on x86_64

I have the following error while compiling timing.cpp
on x86_64:

/tmp/cch30G4s.s:67: Error: `(%esi)' is not a valid 64
bit base/index expression

Just wander if someone figured out the fix (other than
commenting out getClockCount function where it
occurs)?
