[ODE] Building ODE on MinGW platform

Yes, they use the config.h files located in VC6\_configs which are 
pretty static...
care should be taken to edit them whenever there is the need to add a 
new feature that requires new flags and macros,
but thats about it.

I think perhaps we should look for a less clumsy solution so the VS 
projects dont lack behind.
