[ODE] joint stop CFM/ERP

Hi,

I'm trying to make my hinge joint have some springyness to it, and  
tried setting the limits to a low number and applied a force to one  
body while fixing the other body. Then I adjusted CFM and ERP stop  
params for the joint but did not see a noticeable difference in  
behavior. I would like to be able to adjust the stiffness of my joint  
with ERP and CFM and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions  
(sample code would really help).
