[ODE] OSX compile problem

I'm trying to compile ODE on Mac OSX however whenever I 'make' i end up with
errors
make[2]: *** [libdrawstuff_a-osx.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Does anybody have any idea on how I might be able to compile this properly?
