[ODE] Builder C++ 6, unresolved externals

OK!! It works.
I had converted the static .lib library.
Also had converted the export library of the dll, using implib.
coff2omf fails to convert a dll.
But now I've converted the export lib file of the dll, and it works!
Perhaps a wiki entry could be helpful.
