[ODE] Documentation about physics simulation libraries

A note regarding my previous post about the report with comparison between
engines. Please note that the MSc project was conducted in 2005 and 
therefore
the software libraries have developed quite a bit since.
So, the main point is not to stress the actual results (and certainly 
not the scoring),
but the methodology.
