[ODE] Geom offset

In the latest SVN revision, heightfields are in and working against
all geom types (see the matrix in the "Collision" chapter of the
manual on the wiki) - I put in a small fix the other day otherwise the
silence seems to show that they are working fine for everyone. I've
integrated them into my own engine and I'm happy that they're working
fine there too...

As Jason has just posted about the upcoming release candidate, that
will mark the first release to officially contain the support for this
feature.
