[ODE] Universal joint error and wiki query

You're right, Remi pointed it out as well, I should have added it to the
thread. Setting the first axis makes it parallel to the default value of the
other axis which results in an error.
I'll add the information to the wiki, just wanted to check as im new to the
community,
