[ODE] opende.sf.net

Hi,

Is it OK if I change the opende.sf.net redirect?
Now it redirects to ode.org

I suggest we put a new page there.
This page needs to have a SF logo, as req'd by use policy.

Additionally, I suggest to put a ODE logo on it, with two
links: one to old ODE site ode.org, and the other to the
newly created wiki home.

If no one objects, I will do this tomorrow.
We need to point the visitors to the actively developed part of ode.
