[ODE] ODE 1.0 gyroscopic terms

The priorities of ODE have been (at least previously):

1) stability
2) speed
3) realism

If that is still the motto, I think it should default to gyroscopic off. 
But then, I don't make many changes, so it might just sit the way it is 
now, too ;-)
