[ODE] ODE Trimesh problems on Mingw/Cygwin

Hi,

First, this ODE program kicks ass!
Thank you, Russell Smith and all the
other cool people who made this
library.

I would like to point out that
trimeshes do not work correctly
with Cygwin or Mingw on Windows.
That is, in both the 0.5 prebuilt
Cygwin zip file on Sourceforge,
and ODE CVS that I built with
Mingw, the boxes and ccylinders do
not respond correctly in
test_trimesh.cpp.

Increasing MAX_CONTACTS to 128
does not fix the problem.

The trimeshes DO work correctly in
the prebuilt MSVC ODE 0.5 zip.
