[ODE] dcyl2 performance

Hi,


To illustrate the effective use of dCyl2 in a car simulation,
you can take a look at this MPEG:

The wheels are modelled as cylinders, which enable accurate
simulation, not possible with sphere-approximations. Note how
the wheels and crates interact.

This shows that dcyl2 deserves getting moved out of contrib/
into ode/src under the conditional --with-cylinder build flag.
