[ODE] pkg-config patch

Hmm... This one had me confused.
I figured pkg-config referred to "ode-config', which we already have.
Appearantly it is some other mechanism, I am unfamiliar with.

Making better use of the current ode-config would make sense though.
We could do, either:

1) Give ode/test its own configure.in
or:
2) Add a ode/helloworld/configure.in that shows you how to
    make use of all the prefered autoconf/automake/ode-config tools.
    Thus, stuf like: LDFLAGS=`ode-config --libs`

pkg-config, I don't know about.
