[ODE] non-capped cylinder support (dcyl2) now available in UNSTABLE

this is an oversight on my part. the people who have CVS write access
also need their sourceforge email addresses subscribed to the ODE-CVS
list, otherwise the automatically generated check-in emails will be
rejected. i've fixed this, so things should work now.
