[ODE] low CPU utilization ...

Hi all,

I'm newbie to ODE.
I use ODE in my studies. it's wonderful!
But i have an ugly problem about low CPU utilization.

I can use full cpu utilization when PentiumM and maybe Pentium3.
But not Pentium4... up to 20%!
I try several win XP machines using test programs of binary release 
and all results are same.

Do you know anything about that?
