[ODE] ODE for dummies tutorial

Hello, I also had trying by a while to find the same
answers to avatar navigation question, both reading
documentation and browsing the mail list (always a
painfull process). I think that both avatar navigation
and vehicle setup (yes, I have seen odecar demo) are
the most common applications for many ODE users, and
including a detailed tutorial in the ODE
documentation, wiki or elsewere would increment
productivity, reducing learning curve, and also save
the time and efforts both for ODE users and also for
ODE authors, who have to read and write the same
messages each time. 
I think ODE manual is pretty good as an API
description, but it is also important some kind of
"ODE for dummies" docs. 
anyway, with or without enough docs, ODE is great.
