I tried to call dRandSetSeed() but I get unresolved external when 
linking. Anyway, when I look at the Ode code, the seed is initialized to 
0 (in misc.cpp) so this should be no problem.

We have a homogenous system (i.e. all clients have the same hardware), 
so we shouldn't need to care about different type formats.
