[ODE] Estimating needed motor velocity

Hi,

How would I go about estimating the amount of motor velocity needed
to set joints in a new desired angle.

Lets say I have a 3 bodies connected with 2 joints and I want them to
be at a certain motor angle within the next 10 timestemps. Both motors
have different fmax.

An approximation would be good enough for my case. But is this even 
doable?
