[ODE] Disappearing objects

You could start with... anything, really.  Step sizes?  Masses of
objects?  Maybe what SORT of objects are just flying off (and what
they were touching at the time)?  Etc? ;)


If they're just disappearing, it's likely they're going to NAN (try
reading out the position of the objects).  This is probably the result
of a simulation being made unstable by one or more
improperly-configured values.
