[ODE] Box/trimesh collision problem

Got it!  ODE's Makefile wasn't correctly detecting that I was
a GCC user, so it compiled OPCODE at -O2, which OPCODE hates.
Now a -O1 OPCODE seems really happy with the tests.  (I hope I'm
not speaking too soon!)
