Since you want the hinge joint to move, you probably want a joint type more
complicated than a hinge. If none exists, another possibility is to use an
intermediate body with another joint.

hi,

i wanna change the anchor of a hinge after every time step. but i tried 
it out, and it doesn't work.
does anybody now how can i do that?
