A friend of mine and I wrote such a thing using ODE (using crystalspace which
uses ODE) and with the new QuickStep it would probably run more efficiently.
Neither of us is interested in the project anymore, if you'd be interested in
taking over...  It ran fairly well although not fast (I think the new solver
and automatic disable should make it *really* nice now) and it had a fully
developed table.
