[ODE] Car Physics with a couple errors

One after the other, or just modify the hinge2 source code. There is a 
"sanity check" which checks whether the lo stop is smaller than the previous 
hi stop, if I remember correctly. If you are changing both stops anyway 
there's no need to do this check.
