[ODE] Let's Help Russ With Money

Well, the basic donations are already setup, for quite a time now. The
homepage of ODE has "please donate to the ODE project"... Though I
have no idea how much already has been donated (I don't expect that to
be very much).

AFAIK, Blender got the initial "buy the sourcecode/rights back" sum
from the "community". Later it got some EU funding (and probably still
gets it).
