[ODE] Problem with docs in CVS

It seems that you need a script called 'doccer' -- unfortunately
Russ removed it from CVS in April 2004, though I don't know why.
Since then it's been pretty hard to hack on the docs, I think.

If you're just looking for the latest version of the doc, it's
always(?) at http://ode.org/ode-latest-userguide.html
